Thank you for being a client of Irish Tax Rebates, Irelands foremost Tax Agent with over 300,000 satisfied customers, and we are delighted to bring you our new expanded Portal.
Here you can:
- Complete the questionnaire, so we have all information to maximise your rebate faster.
- View your current Rebate status, so you can track the progress of your claims.
- Update personal payment details so that we can get the payments to you as quick as possible.
How to Log In
If this is the first time to log in:
- Your Username is the email address registered with us.
- Your Password is your PPS number.
You will then be prompted to create your own Password for added security. This should consist of:
At least 8 characters which includes:
- At least 1 upper case letter
- At least 1 lower case letter
- At least 2 numbers
- At least 1 special character. For example !, & or @
Please be sure to save this password, so that you can easily log in for future updates.
Why can’t I log in?
- Use your PPS number with no spaces and capital letters.
- If you have changed the password, but cannot remember what it was changed to, use the “Forgot Password?” link to re set this.
- If you have had too many unsuccessful attempts, you may have been logged out of the My ITR portal. Contact us by email (email@example.com) and we will reset this for you.
If you are using an email address that is also being used by another client, then for security reasons you will not be able to access the portal. Please email us your PPS number together with a unique email address and we will update your client file. This will then allow you to access the MY ITR portal.
